No problem. You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no charge using the link in your confirmation email. Within 24 hours, please reach out to me directly so we can figure something out.
All sessions are virtual via Zoom. You'll get a unique meeting link in your booking confirmation email. No software downloads required if you join from a browser.
Yes. Book the session you want to gift, use your own info at checkout, and add a note in the intake form letting me know who the session is actually for. I'll reach out to coordinate scheduling with them directly.
Yes, as long as we can find a time zone that works for both of us. I'm based in Central Time. International payment is processed in USD.
If you have one specific question or challenge, book a single session. If you want consistent support across a semester or a launch, book a 3-session series (you'll save versus paying for 3 separate sessions). If you have a high-stakes deadline (NCLEX exam date, big launch), book the corresponding intensive.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link, the intake form to complete, and a calendar invite. Reminder emails come 48 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour before your session. Just show up on time with a pen and a clear head.
Sessions are non-refundable once booked, but rescheduling within the policy is always welcome. If something genuinely unexpected happens, reach out and we'll work it out.
Yes. If you know you want ongoing coaching, the 3-session series saves you money compared to booking single sessions individually. You'll book once and we'll schedule the three sessions over email or Zoom.
