USPS Priority Express: Next-day delivery service anywhere within the United States.
USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2-4 business days.
USPS Ground Advantage: Typically delivers within 4-7 business days. This is our only free shipping option, available for physical orders totaling over $100 before taxes and shipping fees.
All estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are subject to potential delays.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Delivery Issues:
Once an order has been successfully dispatched from our warehouse, mylifeassugar.com is not responsible for:
Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer at checkout.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. However, we are committed to supporting you throughout the process and can provide any necessary information to help resolve the issue promptly.
